We'll wash away impurities and build-up, leaving your locs with a clean, glossy finish. Whether you're seeking a quick pick-me-up or a perfect prelude to your next styling session, our Shampoo-Only Service is the ideal choice for a revitalized mane.
Cancellation Policy
1. Enrollment & Payment A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your training date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled training date. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your scheduled session. 2. No Refund Policy All payments made toward the Microlocs Mastership™ training are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the training is canceled by Melanin Locs. 3. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule their training one (1) time with a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the scheduled training date. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the training date may result in forfeiture of payments. All rescheduled sessions must be completed within 90 days of the original training date. 4. Late Arrival Policy Training sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled training time. Repeated tardiness may result in reduced training time without compensation. 5. Attendance Requirement This is a 2-day, 1:1 training experience. Full attendance is required. Missed time will not be refunded or rescheduled. 6. Training Materials & Requirements Participants are required to bring a clean, pre-washed mannequin head (Afro-textured hair preferred). A tripod stand is recommended; table clamps are permitted if necessary. All other tools and materials will be provided during training. 7. Conduct & Professionalism Melanin Locs reserves the right to terminate training without refund if a participant displays unprofessional, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior. 8. Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell prior to your training, you must notify Melanin Locs as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. 9. Intellectual Property All training materials, techniques, and curriculum provided during the Microlocs Mastership™ are the intellectual property of Melanin Locs and may not be reproduced, distributed, or taught without written consent. 10. Results Disclaimer Results may vary based on individual skill, practice, and experience. Completion of this training does not guarantee business success or certification unless otherwise stated. 11. Media Release (Optional) Participant grants permission for Melanin Locs to capture photos/videos during training for educational and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
