​What is your policy for late arrivals?

If you call and still arrive after the 15 minute grace period, you will be charged a $25 late fee to fulfill your service.

 

Are you accepting new clients? 

We are always accepting new clients for traditional locs, please book ahead of time as our schedule fills up fast. For Sisterlocks®, we will send out a notification when our books are open for new/transfer clients.

 

How do I book an appointment?

Booking is done through our online booking page ONLY.

Do you offer Sisterlocks®?

Yes. We offer the full Sisterlocks® package. However, we also off “MelaninLocs” a micro locking system that gives you a similar look.

 

Are extension services available?

We DO NOT provide extensions for any of our services currently.

Should I wash my hair before being serviced?

Most of our services include a wash. If you are getting Sisterlocks® or Interlocks, you will have to choose the option that includes shampoo service when booking.

 

Can I purchase Melanin Locs hair products in-house?

You are welcome to purchase products in-house during your appointment.

Should I book a consultation?

All new clients, whether you’re already established or not, will require a consultation. Depending on the type of service you desire, we offer 5 different consultations for new/transfer clients.

​Which method do you use when establishing locs?

The techniques we use for small, medium, and large locs are interlocks, comb twists, 2 strand twists, and braids.

​

What is the youngest age you service?

The youngest age we service is 5 years old (must be able to sit for a lengthy period and is comfortable with getting their hair done).

​Was there a price increase?

Prices may increase without notice, but we always send out email communication of price changes. Prices will increase as products increases and techniques enhance.

Why can't I see availabilities on the booking page?

If you do not see availability on our booking page it is because there aren't any availabilities left for that date/time. Our schedule opens 45 days in advance, please book ahead of time to secure your preferred date and time.

​Why are my calls not being answered?

We do not answer calls or texts when we are servicing other clients or outsides of business hours. Please send us a text (770-233-7591) with your information or try reaching us again later.​
