3-Weeks Follow Up (Sisterlocks®)
Service Description
3 weeks after your establishment, we will have a comprehensive Zoom call to monitor your hair. This visit should be scheduled after at least one to two shampoos, usually within 3 weeks from the date of your Locking Session. Your Consultant will monitor the integrity of your locks, tighten them up and give you an idea of how long the settling-in process will likely take. The zoom information will be provided upon booking.
Cancellation Policy
If your service time exceeds what you've prepaid, you'll be charged the remaining balance based on the extended duration. To cancel or reschedule, please log in to your account and manage your bookings. Or, contact us via call or text at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within the allotted time will forfeit ability to transfer your deposit.
